Orders & shipping
Please know that due to the nature of made to order-garments, all sales are considered final.

Currency and payment
The shop is based on SEK (Swedish krona) and will automatically convert into your currency.
Therefore the prices might change slightly over time because of daily exchange rates.
There are two different ways to pay: Paypal and Klarna.
Paypal is a worldwide platform that allows you to pay directly using your credit card or debit card.
Klarna is a Swedish bank that provides you to pay directly or split payments through a payment plan.
If you are in Sweden, this is the easiest way to pay.
I ship worldwide. There are different options for shipping available:
Domestic packages are shipped for free with Skicka Lätt. This option does not have any insurance in case the package goes missing.
If you wish to add insurance to your package, shipping within Sweden is 149 SEK.
International packages ships with Air Mail rate for 24 US dollar, or Priority with tracking number and insurance for 30 US dollar.
The shipping option with insurance will cover your order in case the package goes missing.
My recommendation would always be to choose insurance if possible.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped with tracking information.
You can track your order online by providing the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.
Please know that the production time is somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks.
I will ship your finished order within 1-3 working days. I live rural outside a small village and sometimes my ability to ship depends on the weather.
If you are in a hurry, send me a message and I can see what is possible.
Domestic estimated shipping time: 2-4 working days.
International estimated shipping time: 14-30 working days.
Once your order is scanned by PostNord, I am no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered or damaged packages, unless you have optioned for insurance.
Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order.
I can’t ship to any other address than the shipping address provided through Paypal so please make sure it’s correct.
All international recipients are responsible for duties and import taxes upon delivery.
Discounts and sales
If you are a newsletter subscriber, I will send you occasional discount sales.
Please know that you can’t combine discount codes and that items on sale are considered final.
Returns and exchanges
Because all garments are made to order I unfortunately can’t accept returns.
In some cases, it might be possible to exchange for another size or have a store credit to be used for another garment.
