Julia blouse ivory
JULIA BLOUSE

The Julia blouse was inspired by a 1930s blouse that I have worn and loved very much, but like many vintage pieces are to fragile to wear. The blouse is based by the Julia dress pattern. She has fitted wide cuffs with button loops, vintage pearl buttons (dead stock from the 1940s) and gathered balloon sleeves. The bodice with french bust darts ends just below the natural waist. The blouse closes with a simple hook and eye opening in the back, and a hidden side zipper.
Natural fibers and made to order
Julia is made in an exclusive rayon crêpe sourced from Europe. This rayon has a beautiful structure and looks very similar to fabric used during the 1930s/40s. Being made out of natural fibers, the Julia blouse is comfortable, breathable and will last a lifetime. The fabric is middleweight, heavier than most rayon and with a dramatic drape. The fabric is opaque. No special underwear are required.
The fabric comes in three colors; ivory, deep black and gray. It is matte, altough rayon has a natural luster to it.
Garment care
Hand wash and cold dry, or use a gentle machine wash program. If possible, lay flat to dry.

Model is a size 34 or X-small and wears size 34. The models measurements are: Bust 81 cm (31.8 inches), waist 66 cm (26 inches), height 165 cm (5.5 feet). Rayon has some give in fabric and will stretch a little while wearing.
